Self-Awareness and Values Alignment
Something feels off, but you can't put your finger on it. Maybe you're living someone else's idea of success. Maybe you notice the same fears showing up over and over. Or maybe you're doing all the "right things" but feeling empty inside. Let's get real about what actually matters to YOU - not what should matter. When you face your triggers and align with your true values, life just flows better.
Notice the moments that set you off and what they're trying to tell you
Spot the hidden rules and fears you've been following without knowing it
Get grounded in what's real for you so you can let go of the old stories that keep you stuck
Create a life that feels right from the inside out, even when trying something new is uncomfortable
Transition Coaching
Life changes - by choice or by surprise. New job? Relationship ending? Big move? Empty nest? Whatever shift you're facing, it's normal to feel both excited and scared at the same time. Transitions shake up who we thought we were. Let's use this time to build something real - not just survive the change."
Notice what's actually happening as you move through the messy middle
Become aware of what truly matters to keep and what you're ready to leave behind
Recognize the new patterns you're creating and how they shape who you're becoming
See how this shake-up reveals parts of yourself you didn't know were there
Performance Coaching
You have the talent and experience, but something's not clicking lately. There's so much that affects your performance – from how you prep to what you eat to your headspace before you begin.
Maybe your usual routine isn't working anymore. Maybe you're ready to go deeper with your craft. Or maybe you're facing a high-stakes presentation that's got your stomach in knots. Let's look at the whole picture – not just what you do, but how you show up when it matters most.
Connect what's shifted in your pre-performance routine and life that's affecting your delivery
Find the small tweaks in mind and body that make a big difference on stage
Find what's really happening in those moments when your performance dips
Build confidence that comes from knowing yourself, not just your material
What Happens in a Coaching Call
Let's get real about coaching. This isn't your typical "set goals, make a plan, rah-rah" stuff. We dig deeper - looking at who you're being while you're doing all that doing.
The Honest Truth About Our Calls
We jump on Zoom, and I create a space where both truths can exist at once - you don't have to have it all figured out AND you're not broken. No perfect answers needed.
You bring whatever's actually going on - the mess, the confusion, the frustration. Maybe you're killing it at work but your personal life is falling apart. Maybe you look put together but feel like you're faking it. All of it belongs here.
I won't pretend you're perfect, and I won't treat you like you're damaged. You get to be scared and capable at the same time. Confused and wise. Stuck and still growing.
Instead of racing to fix things, we slow down. We get curious about how you're showing up in these moments - because that's where the real stuff lives.
What This Actually Looks Like
I might ask what's happening in your body when you talk about your boss - is your jaw tight? Shoulders up by your ears? Or we dig into what emotions show up when you think about asking for a raise - and where exactly you feel them.
We look at how everything connects - your thoughts, your emotions, your physical reactions, and the story you're telling yourself about who you are. Nothing exists alone. That knot in your stomach has something to tell you about the words coming out of your mouth.
Sometimes I'll point out what I notice - like how your energy changes when you talk about money, or how you use "should" fifteen times when discussing your career. I'll ask questions that help you see these connections for yourself.
This isn't me handing you a roadmap. It's us finding your blind spots together - those things so close to you, you can't see them anymore. Like walking around with toilet paper stuck to your shoe and wondering why people are looking at you funny.
Real Talk
Each session looks different because life is different each time. Sometimes we do deep inner work, sometimes we get practical about next steps. New insights lead to new actions, naturally.
What stays the same? My commitment to:
Calling out what I actually see, not what's comfortable
Asking the questions nobody's asking you
Helping you spot the patterns keeping you stuck
Supporting you as you try new ways of being
